Camera-Ready Copy
Authors of all accepted papers must upload a final version of their submitted paper for the proceedings using the paper submission website available using this link.
The deadline for uploading final ("camera-ready-copy") versions is Friday 27th May 2011.
Where-ever possible please use the MIUA 2011 LaTeX author kit as used for submission.
The main changes you must make are:
- Edit your paper to take account of reviewers comments as far as possible.
- Add full author, institution, acknowledgements and references.
- Remove the review formatting by commenting out \miuareviewcopy in miua.tex.
Please ensure your paper conforms to the MIUA format. Papers which are not formatted correctly or are over the 5-page limit will not be included in the proceedings.
Any authors wishing to use Microsoft Word to prepare papers should use the BMVC MS Office Final template available here, keeping to the MIUA 5 page limit.
Accepted Papers
Authors of accepted papers have been notified as to whether they are presenting posters or presentations.
Posters should be portrait A0 size, and presentations will be single track format 17 minute talks with 3 minutes allocated for questions.
Posters and presentations do not have to be submitted in advance of the MIUA 2011 meeting in July.
